Our story begins with my passion for wellness, a desire to anticipate and meet travelers’ needs while providing a meaningful experience in people’s lives in one heck of an airport.

I love taking care of people. It’s that simple. Whether it’s helping people let go of stress, helping them find the right handcraft gift to delight their loved ones or suggesting a savory menu item from one of our special restaurants … simply anticipating their needs and helping them along their travel journey is a joy.

I consider myself lucky to have operated business in airports for more than two decades, serving passengers and understanding their unique needs.

Our partnership SSP America allows us to bring the best restaurants and bars to the terminal. The corporate name is one many people don’t know even though they are a global company. The reason for that is they bring the very best local concepts to airports. Perhaps you have visited some of them at IND, including Sun King Brewery, The Farmer’s Market Featuring Indiana Grown, Bub’s Burgers, Bento’s Sushi and Tap & Pour to name a few. Surprise! I am over the moon to share we have a very special restaurant coming on board later this year in partnership with the best-of-the-best, Huse Culinary. It’s sure to be a jewel in the heart of IND.

Our partnership with Hudson at IND allows us to provide a plethora of shopping options as well as every necessity and specialty item a traveler could need. Hudson is truly the Traveler’s Best Friend. That’s a tall order, and it’s fulfilled every single day at one of our four Hudson News Stores conveniently located both pre-security and post, on both concourses. Our specialty retail stores include Tumi, FAO Schwartz, Ink by Hudson, Vinyard Vine, Tech-on-the-Go, and a Gear Up Sports Apparel.

Wellness, travel, genuine human connection and care is in my blood and woven throughout my airline family history along with my entire working career. It’s an honor to make a positive impact in people’s lives.
